LoggingEvent MDC

I need to extract the MDC key/value pairs from a LoggingEvent. I'd like 
to iterate through the list of keys, but there seems to be no method for 
getting such a list. Does anyone know how I might accomplish this? I 
don't know the key names in advance, so LoggingEvent.getMDC() is of no 
use to me.
