This doesn't work either, I'm afraid.

I've got my ssh client set up and it's asking me for a username and
password. I've tried anoncvs/anoncvs and anonymous/"" but neither work.
I suspect I don't need ssh to simply get the latest code, though I bow
to Yoav's superior knowledge on the subject.

To summarize, if I try to reach cvs directly with Tortoise, the server
'actively refuses' my connection. If I try to ssh into the server, then
the usernames and passwords are beyond me (as I suspect they should be).

Any help would be appreciated.

Try: anonymous/"blank password"
