Log4net and .NET Framework 2.0

Title: Log4net and .NET Framework 2.0

        Has anyone started using log4net with VS2005 and .NET 2.0?  If so, are you using the 1.2.8 version or 1.2.9 or ??  Also, can you share any issues/experiences that will help us out?
