As far as I know - but TietoEnator is a huge company - our project is
the only one where Log4PHP is used. Therefore I do expect other TE
employees, than the members of my team, to contribute to Log4PHP. As
regards our project team, I am the one responsible for Log4PHP and the
PHP5 port. Therefore I think no one else will contribute or commit
anything.

I am planning to contribute my own work only.
Review the description of CLAs and CCLAs on http://www.apache.org/
licenses to see if you think your situation would require a CCLA, but
we can proceed with just your CLA.
The proposal is fine from my personal point of view. Since I cannot
apply any changes to the personal, here's some background information
on myself:
- Master of Computer Science
- Project Manager at TietoEnator, Cologne, Germany
- Contributed to various Open Source projects like CVS, SCWM,
bk2site, etc.
I believe that anyone with a valid email address can set up a Wiki
account and make modifications.
I spent a week in Leverkusen (sp?) about 10 years ago and really
enjoyed being in the area.
