Good question... but I think moving to git does mean svn is history.
Looking at CouchDB, which has moved before a while:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/couchdb/
It seems they are not using svn for development anymore, just for the
site. But not sure. i will need to ask.

Is this a blocker for you?
