Beyond the fixed unit test that I uploaded, you want the latest FirePHP, which 
is not yet available via pear:

If the new appender_firephp.php example does not make this simple, let me know.

If you know of an elegant way to check the include_path for Phars, else fall 
back to require(file.php), we can modify the example & unit test files, to make 
this easily avoid editing in require(phar://firephp.phar/fire.php) [not exact
