The current version of DuplicateMessageFilter suppresses messages which have a
high repetition count. It does not issue a new event. In any case, logback does
not support issuing new events from within a filter.
An ObfuscationFilter may not be perfectly secure, but I'd expect it to be
highly appreciated by users.
