Your log didn't include an example for "temporarily blocked" and
"multirecipient email", but those were clear enough anyway. I also
added "please relay via your ISP", which was not covered by your patch.
I was intrigued by your making optional of one space and all of
client/helo/from/to in the "weighted check" rule. Was that intentional?
