What is the file extension of the video? Or is this a Camtasia video, or similar, which is typically launched within a .html file and requires ancillary files to function correctly? If so, a solution may be to include allow tags for each of the ancillary files in the appropriate html files which are containers for the video, e.g., <allow src="/res/purdue/ -- some path -- /scripts/config_xml.js"> <allow src="/res/purdue/ -- some path -- /scripts/player-min.js"> etc. Can you provide the URL for this video in Resource Space, i.e., /res/purdue/ ... I have received no feedback from IT that they are even looking at the problem, and am hoping this is something easy that I can fix, but I am puzzled.
