When I worked at an ISP, our motto was:

  The customer is an expert in their own field.

Meaning, nobody's really a complete idiot and we'd seem just as dumb
if we called brain surgery tech support, new mother tech support, or
even gardening tech support.

This has nothing to do with your thread, but this is so
relevance be fucked :-)
