And I'm biased now when it comes to tests. I look at CPAN testers for a module I was thinking of using: http://testers.cpan.org/search?request=dist&dist=File-Repl And at what sort of tests it has: http://search.cpan.org/src/DROBERTS/File-Repl-1.20/test.pl And if it doesn't have tests, or it doesn't have tests that pass, I'm cautious about using it.
