Below is a request for assistance from an executive recruitment firm which specializes in placing IT professionals--particularly those with Linux Sysadmin expertise.
We have been trying for some time to crack the HR associations in order to promote our certification. Mr. Fiala, a linux enthusiast, has been helpful (on a volunteer basis) in finding us contacts in that regard. He also assists both LPI and CLUE with PR activities in Canada. We have also been discussing potential services for our alumni as part of our volunteer recruitment efforts and other cross-promotional initiatives.
Richard Dice (of the examdev team) and Matthew Rice (CLUE President, Starnix, etc.) can both attest to his helpfulness and dedication to Linux.
If you know of anyone who has an interest in the contract he describes and can work in the Czech Republic please contact him directly. For LPI-de members you should know that he also places people in Germany and Austria.
