Terrible. I wouldn't even *dream* of doing a book in anything other than
LaTeX. So far my publishers have been very accommodating.

Ah, LaTeX - my favorite. It's what I generally
use when I self-publish. I've never met a
publisher that didn't resist receiving LaTeX
files.
