Ian, I just want to send a great big thank you to you and to IBM, not only for the IBM tutorials that helped me become LPI certified, but for all of the open source projects that IBM contributes to. There is a lot to know when you begin the journey of leaning about Linux, and I think that the IBM tutorials are one of the best places for someone that has a little experience to further and solidify their knowledge. When other people ask how to pass the LPI exam, I tell them to take the IBM tutorials, a couple of computers, a router etc, set up a network with all of the needed servers and work through the material. At the end of the process you have both practical and academic experience. After all we all have to start somewhere and we all need a path to follow. We don't just fall out of the cabbage patch and then get zapped with a laser containing everything we need to know. It's great to know that there are people out there like you that are willing to share your knowledge and experiences with others and to help them. Thank-You! _______________________________________________ lpi-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://list.lpi.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/lpi-discuss
