Sorry, but what makes you say this? I thought Scott was quite clear but I prompted him about this last week and still await his answer. I'm a little worried because for me there may be a chance that I will not attempt the 202 "old style" exam before April 2009. Scott appeared to say I would be able to take the "old style" 202 after April 2009. As he is a high-up in the LPI (his sig and @lpi.org) I took his answer to be authoritative. Please someone from LPI clear this up.
