Pure desktop environment / client objectives? Or the service back-ends?
Just curious, it's worth considering where they may fit (even if not
in this exam set).
I was thinking more of focusing on the server side set up. Have done
work over the last 2 years enabling online collaboration services like
NextCloud, Matrix, Asterisk etc. I.E The impact of the covid lock-downs.
Maybe a section with a low weighting covering supporting work-from-home
workflow and services. Showing an alternative to the SAAS model?

P.S. A lot of this ends up with host environments. Red Hat and SuSE
both had these arguments long ago. SuSE put a lot of money into
Evolution, which Red Hat then did as well. Red Hat also startd
Mugshot which was a social media incubator, but eventually got out
because it's much larger (than Red Hat) customers saw Red Hat as
wanting to become a /'competitor.'/
