Hi Anselm,

The ultimate decision about changes to the exams will be determined
here, so there is no guarantee. LPIC-1 will probably be reviewed next year,
and it will take some time for item development. Before focussing on
LPIC-1, we will resume the LPIC-2 update, probably DevOps Tools Engineer
and there is still some more stuff in the Essentials pipeline.

My feeling is that we won't turn the entire exams upside down. No
guarantee, though. And it would still be possible to release a free
addendum PDF once there is a new version of the exams. So I'd say, go ahead
and make sure your book doesn't run out of stock.

I hope this was somehow helpful :/

Take care,

Fabian
