I think the above is what Paul and I have been debating about, I believe
that we agree with what is said here......being able to research or pick up
on new services without having to be trained will be THE biggest diffrence
between level 1 and 2
He/She will be a competant person not requiring a team to get new
jobs/services done / up / working
Does everyone agree here ?
