L1's should be able to identify what cups is, at least, and at most
be able to perform basic configuration and administration. Ultimately,
it again depends on the target audience. If sysadmins are required
to support workstations, they should be aware of CUPS. Also, what
about LPRng? That one seems to be pretty popular as well.
