CUPS was not included in the Level 2 JAS surveys. Though printing and
print services was already deemed relevant in Level 1. If our experts on
this list recommend covering CUPS, if nothing else, we can legitimately
include CUPS details in the objective and include items on the exams. We
can set it up so that the CUPS item(s) won't affect the test taker's
score, and let the psychometrician evaluate how qualified individuals are
answering the CUPS questions. If, by next update, CUPS is still deemed
relevant in a new survey, we can start counting the CUPS item(s).

My personal take, however, is that CUPS isn't that standard yet to be
covered at Level 1.
