I didn't reply last time because dividing between system and network was
one way I usually split things up (see the TOC in Using Linux).  I then
put a third category, special areas, for troubleshooting and security
because they really span both.  I also include specialized things like
iptables here as well.  But since this isn't going to cut it with two
exams, I liked your way: System (including troubleshooting and security)
and Networking.  Q: Can you split troubleshooting and security into
their respective system and network components for the exam?  It won't
help the weighting (much), but it would help the division of
categories.  If you really needed to maintain relatively even weights,
File Sharing could move to system.  This would give you 44/54, and by
spitting Security and Troubleshooting, get you even closer.
