You should get them from Kara.  She made a list of left-overs from our
survey for L2 early this year, which were designated for incorporation
into L1.  Then my team and I used some of that this summer when starting
this revision; when transferring the project to Kara I sent her the
annotated ToDo list.

Apart from that, it think it is OK to propose to incorporate things based
on things like newer developments and obvious oversights in the
survey, and discuss them in a broader forum.  However, they should not be
based on 1 individuals opinion about "nice to have".
