in the From: line, which is NOT the address I registered
for this ML, and I was too late to ask for cancelation.

By the way, according to Kara's comment,

I submitted a question to VUE and Prometric yesterday.

And today, I got a reply from VUE.
VUE's exam, which LPI requested to install 'English' button, has the button
on the right top of the window, as Kara mentioned.
But may be unavailable in some exams, so please ask LPI office
to see whether the exam you are going to have has that button.

Reply from Prometric has not arrived yet,
I didn't notice such button when I had the exam on 9 January.
