My opinion is thatI don;t like statements like that. In the context of this 
thread, it makes sense because we know the background. But the statement in 
isolation can lead to false assumptions.

If a relative newbie can't follow this thread, and he is advised to go with 
double the RAM, he can have a false idea that he carries around that this is 
the truth. Then he might configure a machine with inappropriate swap amounts.

I would prefer to omit this point from any prep materials entirely, and 
definitely remove any exam items that ask this question. Instead concentrate 
on teaching and testing the use of swap space, and how to determine if what 
you have is suitable.

My reasoning is that the exam questions must have definitive answers, and 
2*RAM isn't definitive, atbest it's a vague guideline.
