I'm working fulltime as e-mail security consultant.

Programs like ssmtp are absolutely NOT relevant in professional networks.

Maybe it's nice for private use, I never, really never saw something like 
this in productional use.

And: It's really simple to make this even with postfix or other MTAs. 
There's no need to use anything else.
