Just so everyone know, Otheus has contacted me privately to help out with these issues. Thanks to everyone for keeping a cool head and steering him in the right direction. Also, Ross is correct (I liked the Fight Club analogy) in that we can't discuss specific items. It's basically, a choice between openness of discussion and detailed item question discussion. I prefer the former. Otheus, I appreciate the effort to 'scrub' the comments but it is definitely a grey area. A number of commments definitely hit on the an area that I want to see cleaned up more. Namely, picking the "most" correct answer. I don't like them and, in some geographies/cultures, the candidates just don't understand the concept of "picking the most correct answer". It's best to just weed them out.
