FWIW, LILO is the Linux Loader, which was more popular earlier in the
last decade.

We had a discussion back in Nov of '08 on whether LILO should still be
included in the objectives, and a number of admins on this list at the
time insisted that they still used LILO. The decision was made to keep
LILO in both the 100 and 200 series. 

I'd think it'll be appropriate to revisit the question the next time the
LPI objectives are up for revision, maybe for '12?

(Are LPI objective revisions now on a 3 year cycle?)
