I'm not sure there's anything perfect: something VNC-based would work 
over GUI, but that would add a whole lot of unnecessary overhead to 
systems that don't already have VNC installed. I suppose in some 
environments you could simply send out group emails or IM. I would be 
surprised if no one had worked out a good solution.
