Hello, I can read the following in section 201.1, "Kernel Components", (https://www.lpi.org/linux-certifications/programs/lpic-2/exam-201/): "This objective includes implementing different types of kernel images".
As kernel configuration and compilation is covered in the following section, 201.2 "Compiling a kernel", I wonder what exactly is meant by "implementing different types of kernel images". Could it be that just the _identification_ of the different types of kernel images was meant, i.e., the difference between vmlinux, vmlinuz and bzImage kernels?
