I'm still at the idea phase :)  That question sounds a lot like a
planning stage.

But, say we did coordinate online.  And we had people in a very
eastern time zone (Japan, Australia, Philippines, etc) that started on
their Saturday morning, we could pass the baton every 8-10 hours (with
some overlap) to the EU guys then the Americas as the sun moves around
the planet (that's how the sun thing works, right?) and pass it back
to the eastern zone on Sunday and repeat.

We could coordinate through slack/skype/hangouts/Michael Gisbers
jabber server/...  and if a few people could meet up IRL, that would
be even better.

Nice.  And, it's stone soup.  If you could only make Sunday, that
works, too.  And the night owls can also team up with the day crowd
from other time zones.
