You are using the 16/600's lpd interface to spool the printer. You can not
get accounting information back from the printer this way.
You will need to use an AppleTalk connection (CAP/netatalk) or serial
connection along with ifhp or some other filter to get page accounting off
this printer. A network->parallel port device such as a JetDirect EX >might<
work, but no guarantees.
