Patrick/All--

Just wanted to report a somewhat trivial non-critical issue I am
experiencing on Solaris 2.8 (x86).

OS: Solaris 2.8 x86
LPRng rev: 3.6.17
IFHP rev: 3.3.15
Printer: HP LJ 5M w/ JetDirect Card

Printing is disabled when I attempt to employ banner pages. I tried
most every printcap contortion I could figure from the docs. Nothing
doing. Works great w/o them!

This is not of great urgency, of course, and is mainly FYI. I would
like to know about what I may be missing (other than some brain cells
-
I know about those already ... I think :), or what else may be afoot.

Here's some 'lpq' debug output on a simple 'lpr /etc/hosts' print
job:
