A suggestion from John Perkins led me to try removing ifhp from the
queue completely, and that fixed the problem - thanks, John!!! Nobody
should be trying to send non-postscript print jobs to this printer
anyway, so I really didn't need ifhp for this print queue. Here's the
new, revised, working printcap for our LW 8500:
