Pardon my ignorance. I am still failing to understand why bounce
queues and such are needed. Can't lpd just pipe the job through
whatever filter is specified in printcap file entry and then send it
to the remote lpd host? What are the technical reasons for being able
to do one or another but not both at the same time without using a
bounce queue?
