Where/how is it determined whether to download fonts to a postscript
printer? I appear to get only the resident fonts (with some bad
substitutions).
Printer is HP4000 with JetDirect card (i.e., on Ethernet)
LPRng-3.6.26 with ifhp=model=hp4000
