Ok, I obtained the source, recompiled the LPRng software without the GDB
compatibility. I have had a little better success. Why?
Unfortunately, even without the GDB Support, I am unable to get full
speed, and reliability out of the daemon. My latest trials include the
following errors:

If you are looking at the above correctly, that is right, multiple
attempts per second. Yes I can send the data that fast to the queues,
however I need to send it reliably to the queue. Now what?
