you can configure your lprng via /etc/lpd.perms (type your subnet
instead of xxx.xxx.xxx.0):
...
# reject connections from hosts not on subnet xxx.xxx.xxx.0
REJECT SERVICE=C NOT REMOTEIP=xxx.xxx.xxx.0/255.255.255.0
...
