If you want to take a draconian view then
Check

of the howto, you can run a script when the LC_LOAD LETTER error comes
up, do whatever and then have the job deleted off the queue, if you're
running samba on the print server you can send a winpopup message to the
offender calling him nasty names :)
We went with this option because of the complaints we were getting that
the printers "were not printing stuff out right" if we set our 4000's
just to go ahead and print.
