I'm reading through the how-to and already hit a question for you kind
people...

Should I do an "rpm -e" of lpr and printtool on RH Linux 6.0 prior to
installation of LPRng,
or would it be better to follow the manual removal mentioned in "2.10.
Updating Print Spooler Software and Startup Scripts"

The how-to tends to describe compilation and installation from the source
and doesn't mention the rpm as much.
I'm assuming the rpm is preferred over manual source compile/install?

I'm looking forward to it since network printing has been plaguing us with
problems, no accounting, users sending file.ps.gz to printers that result
in 100 pages of gzipped codes.

Thanks!
