Has anyone been successful filtering files to Appletalk printers. I am able to filter files to TCP/IP based printers, however if I use pap in the lp entry of printcap the filters fail. If I replace ifhp with ifpap for :of= and :filter: I can print to Appletalk printers but the files are not converted. I have this as my printcap psnt-apple :lp=| -$ /usr/bin/pap -e -p "psnt:LaserWriter@87_Prospect" :sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P :lf=/var/spool/lpd/%P/log :lpd_bounce :of=/usr/lib/atalk/filters/ifpap :ifhp=model=ps,status@ :filter=/usr/lib/atalk/filters/ifpap :bp=/usr/local/libexec/filters/simple_banner.sh :ab:ml=0:mx#0:rw Rob Fausey. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU MUST BE A LIST MEMBER IN ORDER TO POST TO THE LPRNG MAILING LIST The address you post from MUST be your subscription address If you need help, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or lprng-requests or lprng-digest-requests) with the word 'help' in the body.
