Well, it occurs to me (and I'm not 100% sure that I'm right, but 99% at
least) that you can't get a pagecount with that printcap entry because
you've entered "status@" on the ifhp line. If you are asking it not to get
status, of which pagecount is a part AFAIK, you aren't going to get a
pagecount value either.

I'd start looking there -- if you don't need status@ for some other reason
(it appears to worth without it there, as seen by your testing), kill it
off.

YOU MUST BE A LIST MEMBER IN ORDER TO POST TO THE LPRNG MAILING LIST
The address you post from MUST be your subscription address

If you need help, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or lprng-requests
or lprng-digest-requests) with the word 'help' in the body. For the impatient,
to subscribe to a list with name LIST, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with: | example:
subscribe LIST <mailaddr> | subscribe lprng-digest [EMAIL PROTECTED]
unsubscribe LIST <mailaddr> | unsubscribe lprng [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you have major problems, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word
LPRNGLIST in the SUBJECT line.
