Hi,
in my printcap file I have 2 additional options for the
printer connected to my NT 4.0 SP6a workstation:

lprname:lp=printername_on_nt@ip_adress_of_nt
        :sd=/var/spool/lprng/%P
        :mx#0
        :sh
        :lpd_bounce
        :bq_format=l

This tells the NT print system that no filtering is necessary.
