Yes. We have this on HP4000tn printers. For some reason, the printer goes into its low power/sleep mode -- and won't wake up. We can press the online button and wake it up -- but it still has a 'dead' jetdirect interface. The only solution we have found is to power the printer off, the back on. Then the appsocket interface starts accepting connections again.
