To me it seems that when the code in getprint.c sets RemoteHost_DYN
to "localhost" it should also set RemotePrinter_DYN to the local name
of the printer queue and ignore the lp or the rm+rp variables in the
printcap entry.

By the way, I tested with 3.7.4 and it works fine using the rp+rm syntax
but fails with the lp=print@host syntax, meaning it would use the remote
printer together with the local hostname.
