Apparently one of the more brain damaged mail handlers has just been sending 'user mail box is full' messages WITH the USER'S name as the originator.
Sigh... I cannot recommend a course of action, but I might suggest that if you originate one you do not hesitate to communicate with the various persons by PHONE or their SUPERIORS or the Board of Directors or Regents. Sigh... I just read that 80% of the traffic on the net these days is considered to be spam. I wonder how much is simply mail servers in loops like this?
