LPRng-3.8.20-1 (from RPM) on RH 7.2 system. In /etc/lpd.conf I have only one uncommented line: done_jobs= 0 Yet lpq -Pqueue shows:
Printer: HP3Si@server 'HP3Si' Queue: no printable jobs in queue Server: no server active Status: job 'user@server+362' saved at 08:20:46.886 Rank Owner/ID Class Job Files Size Time done user@server+362 A 362 smbprn.000335.RR5ulK 27222 08:20:44 This job was received from samba 2.2.7, with printing = lprng print command = /usr/bin/lpr -P%p -r %s I thought having "done_jobs= 0" in lpd.conf was enough to prevent this from happening? Any ideas how to prevent done jobs from showing up?
