Hello,
I've just uploaded Debian package lprng 3.8.21-1. As well as bumping
the version from 3.8.20 this package has some important Debian-specific
patches that, if Patrick wants to, should be included in the main
archive.

I have added --user-objs="-lssl -lkrb5" to my configure line. This
means the library liblpr.so is properly linked to these libraries.
I'm not a library person by the weak linking before is apparently bad.
ldd -r liblpr.so shows errors otherwise.

There have been some big Kerberos changes. The patches (found on the
Debian BTS http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=lprng )
are basically work-arounds but will at least let lprng compile with
the newer Kerberos. I'm not a Kerberos person either, so I cannot
do the correct changes.
