If the client is a Windows or MacOS machine, it may be setting the file
type to "RAW", which tells the spooler not to process it.  You can use
"lpq -llll -Pprintername" to check.

To get rid of this, use the forceprocessing option in ifhp.conf.  The
option is already in the file.  Just uncomment or change it.
