Yes sure. This can be added in spec file, or set in rpmbuild command line with 
--buildarch

I don't have one, you can give a try by installing the src rpm and rebuild it.

It would be nice to be able to install LSC via a RPM on RHEL/CentOS/etc. This 
issue is to track work on the subject.
