Hi Francesco,
I use LSC to sync 250k users between two ADs.
I had to split the sync phase into chunks 'cause I had some memory troubles syncing more than 100k users. Now I'm syncing 20k user for each run with a global clean phase and my overall process is finished in about 20 minutes on a VM like yours.

Ciao,
  Matteo

Hi all,

thank you for this great software which enables us to synchonize ~ 57k
users from openldap to AD.

I have a question about performance. Out-of-the-box a 4GB (Xmx =
2048M, Xms = 2048M), 2CPU virtual machine takes 130 minutes to scan
differences between the two directories and to create/delete/update a
few users.

According to your experience, is it the expected performance?

If is not, do you think we could reduce time by raising cpu or memory?
Which parameters in ./bin/lsc could affect performance?

(If indeed 2h is the expected sync time for 57k users I think we could
shard our userbase or -- even better -- head to a Event-based solution)

thank you,
